GENERAL PRODUCT QUESTIONS 


  • What types of wedding decor products do you offer?
  • At Bride and Bloom, we specialize in a range of wedding decor items, including wedding centerpieces, bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, single stem blooms, cake flowers, glass vases, and glass tealight/candleholders. We provide a variety of options to suit your unique style and preferences.


  • Are your wedding centerpieces and bouquets made with real flowers?
  • No, our wedding centerpieces and bouquets are crafted from primarily high-quality real touch flowers and also premium silk flowers.. These flowers look and feel like real blooms, ensuring a lifelike appearance while remaining durable and long-lasting.


  • Do you provide glass vases and candleholders with the decor items?
  • Glass vases and candleholders are not included with our floral decor items. You can purchase them separately from our collection, which includes a wide range of stylish and on-trend glassware.


  • How do I care for and clean the flowers and glassware?
  • Our blooms and glassware are easy to maintain. For the flowers, simply dust them periodically to keep them looking their best. Glassware can be cleaned with soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials.


  • Are your flowers fire resistant?
  • No, our blooms are not fire-resistant. Always use caution when introducing flames to a tablescape. 


  • Are your flowers water-resistant?
  • The petals of our flowers are water-resistant, meaning that they should not incur any damages if they are accidentally exposed to water. That said, the petals are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. We do recommend putting the stems of our flowers in water in our glass vases as this enhances the realistic feel of our blooms. That said, please only add water to vases when you are ready for your special day. Prolonged use of water with our blooms and vases can potentially lead to discoloration spots on bottom of vase if not cleaned periodically. 


  • Is there any glue or tape on your flowers? 
  • No, we do not use any glue or tape in our bouquets, centerpieces, cake flowers or single stem blooms. All of our stems on our flowers remain intact except for on our cake flowers, which come as blooms without stems. You can feel free to rearrange things as you see fit. 


  • Is there any cutting involved?
  • Our bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, and cake flowers require no cutting whatsoever.      When purchased with our ripple vases, all of our centerpieces do not require any cutting. Our single stem flowers may require cutting depending on the vases purchased to use them with.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?
  • We recommend placing your order well in advance of your wedding date to ensure availability and allow for any customization or special requests. Ordering several months ahead is a good practice.


  • What payment methods do you accept?
